Position Overview

We are looking for a Account & Controlling Manager (Senior) to help us take the Accounting function of Enerhash to the next level. This is a pivotal position with a primary focus on advancing the group-wide Accounting and Financial Consolidation processes, establishing and managing the company’s Controlling system and keeping our Investors and Board of Directors well informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a standardized quarterly Closing process for our 12 entities across 8 countries.
  • Supervise and improve the group-wide Financial Consolidation process.
  • Develop group-wide and entity-level Controlling system.
  • Continuously monitor and report Financial Performance to the Board of Directors and Investors.
  • Manage short and medium-term Liquidity Planning.
  • Orchestrate the Transfer-pricing Procedures.
  • Coordinate Financial Audits.
  • Integrate newly established legal entities into the Enerhash Group.
  • Cooperate with the Strategic Finance team and other Divisions.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for our accounting suppliers, banks and other financial partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Consolidation and/or Audit.
  • Knowledge of Financial Policies and Procedures and Accounting Standards (ie IFRS, Hungarian Accounting Standards, US GAAP).
  • Passion for continuous process improvement.
  • ACCA, CIMA or Qualified Accountant is a plus.
